Young Adult Treatment Programs

Getting treatment for young adults with depression, anxiety, or other mental health challenges requires a well-rounded approach. In order to learn healthy coping skills and lead a more fulfilling life, clients need to step outside of their everyday lives. At our wilderness therapy treatment program for young adults, we help clients overcome challenges like anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues in order to launch into adulthood with confidence.

BlueFire PulsaR helps young adults ages 18-28 through wilderness therapy. With adventure therapy at the center of our program, clients grow through activities like backpacking, mountain biking, cross country skiing, hiking, and climbing. Clients also enjoy equine therapy weekly as it helps build communication skills. Clients at PulsaR gain the skills needed to improve their wellbeing, gain confidence, and continue on their journey toward a happier, healthier life.
