Young Adults from New Hampshire find Healing from Wilderness Therapy
With all the societal pressures on young people today, it is no surprise that many young adults struggle with successfully transitioning from adolescence to adulthood. Wilderness therapy designed for New Hampshire young adults offers a powerful opportunity to realize who they are, where they want to go, and what they need to do to get there.
Some young adults are struggling with life at college while others are having trouble with work and relationships. Regardless of what young adults are struggling with, wilderness therapy is a therapeutic program designed to help them move past these negative patterns. By understanding their core beliefs, students can work on getting rid of beliefs that are not serving them while also replacing them with healthy, positive core beliefs.
