Daily Activities for Long-term Change
All of the daily activities that we do are geared toward fostering independence and self-sufficiency. This includes waking up with the sunrise, daily yoga and meditation, goal setting, meal preparation, and group. This helps us ensure that our students are developing the skills they need to guide themselves, both now and in the future.
Comprehensive Clinical Programming
Providing a current, in the moment feedback loop is incredibly powerful for young adults. With this, young adults are able to see their strengths and areas of growth in real time. Our program offers the most hours of therapy compared to any other wilderness program with:
- Weekly equine therapy.
- Two days each week of individual therapy.
- Four days of group therapy.
- Family programming specific to each client’s needs.
- Four days of therapy per week with therapeutic professionals.
- Weekly adventure therapy.
